Steven Anton Klenda

i hired Steve Klenda for a federal case where i was being falsely accused of committing a crime. i provided Klenda documents proving my innocence. he demanded he take possession of them for safe keeping so i reluctantly gave them to him trusting he would take care of them to until time to go to trial.... I trusted him because we go to the same church where we are altar servers. i thought he would be honest and trustworthy. but as soon as i gave him the first $5,000 retainer fee he soon became rude and very disrespectful to the point of yelling at me on the phone and bullying me at church making rude comments. i fired him when he was about to make me spend thousands more dollars to appear in court after informing me i had to surrender my 5th amendment rights in order to get my property returned it would have been a waste of time and money which i have very little of. i lost nearly $10,000 and got nothing in return, not one minute spent in court defending my case. he is so reckless with sensitive confidential case information that he sent my case documents to a wrong email address. he never apologized to me for that but did send a request to that address to please return the email to him. what an embarrassing mess!!! i spent a month asking for my documents to be returned but he refused saying that i was "crazy" to ask for them back because they were safer with him. i finally went to his office where i was to meet him to get my property back, i went with some friends because i did not feel safe around him. after waiting for several minutes the secretary said he would not be able to make it, so we left. after i fired him my new lawyer demanded him to return my documents immediately and to cease and desist in my case and turn over all documents relating to my case. he was ordered not to have any further contact with me but he continued to harass me in church making rude remarks to bully me. he has no business practicing law. he cannot write a well concise legal document or spell correctly. he told me he is a very good lawyer when i first hired him and had a lot of federal criminal case experience. but after reviewing his background he has NO experience practicing federal criminal law....he is a very dishonest, nasty, narcissistic person who has no business practicing law or being an altar server. future cliants---BEWARE! HE WILL ROB YOU BLIND AND DO NOTHING FOR YOU.

CAUTION!!!! To be specific Steven claims he's somehow superior to other attorneys when in fact he has a deplorable reputation in the community as an attorney amongst other lawyers. You've been warned!!!! Caution!!!! Basically my mother had passed after my name was defamed in the news for som...ething I did not do. The defamation caused me severe financial harm joblessness and near homelessness. This was detailed to Steven Klenda, yet Klenda feigned that, in order to prevent the news channel from collecting against me in a lawsuit he would have never won and didn't, that a UCC filing would prevent Channel 7 from collecting and would somehow secure his fees. Basically soon after he acquired the UCC, he then soon after figured that no matter if he won or not he had his fees wrapped up then promptly removed himself from the lawsuit after drumming up 140k in fees losing dispicably in district court, losing appeals etc...his pleadings were horribly written and according to other attorneys I've consulted in attempt to sue him form malpractice he had no business even taking the case I presented to him. in my opinion he is horribly unethical
