Stephanie Fuqua Dahl

I am a Colorado native and graduated from the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business with an undergraduate degree in finance and management.

After graduating, I continued on to the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law.  I obtained her JD and began working in defense for a civil litigation firm.

My practice included premise liability, workers compensation, construction defect litigation, and employment law.  To enhance my litigation skills I took a position as a deputy district attorney in the 5th Judicial District. I have handled numerous jury trials, civil and criminal, misdemeanor and felony, countless motions hearings and court trials.

With my background in both civil and criminal law and how at times they can intertwine with one another, I bring a unique perspective to my firm.

Working at the civil firm, I handled multiple jury trials across the state and negotiated settlements on her clients’ behalf. While I gained invaluable experience at the firm, I also wanted to enhance my trial skills and began working as a deputy district attorney in Summit County, CO.  As a deputy DA, I handled a wide range of cases from traffic and juvenile matters to appeals to felony matters.  In 2008, I was named trial attorney of the year.  

I am determined, dedicated and devoted to my clients and do everything I can to achieve their desired outcome.
