Joseph Scheideler

Joe Scheideler represented my boyfriend when he got into some trouble with the law. We did not wish that one incident tarnish our future and sought the best defense attorney by having personal consultations with 3 or 4 attorneys. After meeting each attorney we choose Joe. Joe came across as someon...e with excellent criminal law knowledge and more so his understanding of the court systems and approach to successful defense was excellent. Joe was careful not to "over promise" anything and also was always very realistic about the possible negative outcomes. Joe answered all our questions and was always available via phone/email when we needed advise or just needed to discuss anything with him. His litigation skills are amazing and he is able to grasp and note the tiniest detail from evidence and discovery. His approach shows this 30+ years of experience and during court dates we often noticed people coming to speak to him for advice and his close working relationships with the DA office. Needless to say my boyfriend was acquitted of all wrongdoing. We highly recommend Joe for criminal defense and anyone looking for a competent and effective lawyer should consider Joe first.

I herd great things about him and paid a pretty penny when it came to getting the "best of the best". I feel like he did what he had to do to help my case but didn't really feel my needs or feelings were important. He was strictly business. I wanted him to fight for what was right but instead he jus...t made sure i didnt get screwed over. I guess he did his job but was a bit of a jerk in the process. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone else because of his lack of communication skills and lack of empathy for my situation. He also didnt make me feel like we had a strong case but yet after continuing with someone else and not giving up the fight me and my children couldnt be happier living together and not paying child support after i was told that "we would have to pay something" since you are the father. Not true. Pick someone who cares about your case.
