Charles Lorin Fife

Charles Fife is an excellent attorney. I originally went to his law firm under a different attorney but Charlie ended up taking my case and I couldn't have been happier about it. I was a habitual traffic offender and I was facing a year in Jail if convicted. It was a nightmare I wouldn't have been ab...le to finish school and who knows what would have happened from there. Charlie not only got the habitual traffic offender case dropped but he was able to successfully re-open two other cases and got the habitual traffic offender status completely gone! I was able to get back my drivers license and start living my life with out fear again. The cases took some time to worked through but I couldn't be any happier with the results. I would recommend him to anyone. I haven't met any attorney as knowledgeable and confident as him. He was worth every penny.

I wanted to hire the young dark-haired lawyer, and somehow I ended up with this old guy with white hair. This guy LOST my case and he totally sucked! I tried to hire the young guy named Danny who is really good, and i totally did NOT want this old guy! WTF, I was totally sober and I paid a ton ...of money to this guy, now I have no drivers license and i have to jump through hoops. Please take my advice, you want the young guy with dark hair. If the secretary or whoever tries to set you up with an old guy with white hair, JUST SAY NO and put your foot down! You want Danny for your lawyer. Do not let the old guy named Charlie get your case, he charges more, he lost my case, and he's a creep.

Charlie Fife was very honest, talented, and aggressive. He was able to win the DMV Hearing (on the appeal). He got the arresting officer to admit he was wrong in asking for a blood test. As we prepared for trial, Charles was confident the entire time that we would have a positive outcome. By filing ...motions, he was able to show the DA that we would most likely win a trial. DUID reduced to reckless driving. I received very low fines and a class, no probation. All of my calls and emails were returned quickly. The fees charged by Charles Fife are more than worth it. He works hard for everything you give him. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. You couldn't ask for a better lawyer.
