Outstanding Lawyer

Jessica Kunevicius is an outstanding lawyer; she truly gave all her effort while working on my immigration status. Jessica kept us informed every step of the way, assuring us it was okay to contact her if we had any questions at any time of day. I could even count on her guidance throughout my time s...pent in Mexico. Being a well-organized person I had no problem finding specific documents thanks to the way Jessica had arranged them for every appointment making it that much easier for me. I absolutely appreciate her time and commitment. I certainly would recommend for anyone working on their immigration status to let Jessica do the job. Thanks to her hard work I am now able to live the American dream. The Sandoval Family is genuinely grateful for all that Jessica was able to do for us, and hope others are willing to give her a chance in changing their lives the way she was able to change ours.

Amazing

Jessica is knowledgable, driven and quick to respond. She was the third or fourth lawyer we looked into and the only one whom made us feel confident about the results being in our favor. She told us from the beginning that there are no 100% but that we could do it. My husband just returned from Juare...z less than a week ago. During that exstremely stressful time she was still answering my questions, sending us information and calling to check on us. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing an immigration lawyer. She is straight forward, honest and competent, she is who you want representing you!

Very helpful - would recommend her to others!

Our story was a bit of an unusual one - we came to Jessica not knowing what our options were and were not well versed in immigration process or law, but Jessica displayed confidence and expertise throughout our entire process and provided options to us immediately. She was friendly, personable, and ...straight forward. This process can be very intimidating and it was great to have someone like her on our side. My only bit of feedback is that a little more follow up or proactive dialogue about where we stood in the process would have been helpful. But, overall a very good experience and would definitely recommend her to others.

Naturalization after divorce

I did some attorney searching when I first started to look into my naturalization process. Believe me, there are agencies out there trying to represent you even though they don't really know the matter well. Eventually, I trusted my gut and decided to look up Miss Jessica. K. I received my Green-card... through my marriage, which lasted some years and I was concerned, since I was divorced- it would create complication during my naturalization process. Jessica K. was honest and recommend that I had a straight forward case and I didn't really need a lawyer. Due to previous complications encountered with my permanent residence-ship, I decided to go ahead and work with Miss Jessica. K. During the application process, Jessica. K. was friendly, helpful, responsive, and most importantly, able to give her professional prompt opinion in a very honest way. She also has very good relationship and communication with the Immigration staff at the institute. It made the whole process so smooth. You will know what I mean after the first consultation. Hiring a good lawyer definitely takes ton's of load off your chest.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I heartily endorse Jessica for her skills as an immigration attorney. I am a corporate attorney who took on a pro bono representation of a non-citizen facing deportation. The world of immigration law and the Immigrations and Customs Enforcement agency and its courts was completely new to me. I was assigned Jessica as my mentor attorney, and her advice, support, and assistance were absolutely invaluable in my being able to represent my client. With Jessica's help, we were able to win the case and allow my client to remain in the U.S. with his family. I could not have navigated this process without Jessica's help."
