Ben Lebsack Helped Me Reach a Fair Agreement With my Employer

I hired Ben Lebsack upon the recommendation of a friend, and Ben came through for me 100%. He offered me advise, guidance, and support throughout the entire process of filing a legal complaint against my employer; later, he represented me in the mediation. I found Ben's fees to be more than reasonab...le, and he was always available whenever I had questions. This in itself was invaluable! Ben is highly knowledgeable about employment law and was always generous about sharing this knowledge with me, which I appreciated. Without hesitation, I would recommend Ben to anyone who finds themselves in a situation at work where legal help or advice is needed. He will give you his honest opinion and lay out the legal options for you. After I hired Ben, I felt reassured and was able to get through this difficult time successfully.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
