Terrible
David delayed multiple deadlines in my case for no good reason, except apparently to bill more time unnecessarily. He double billed costs, billed me for time spent talking about my concerns about his bills, and low-balled the settlement offers. Everyone said my case was a rare winner, but he refuse...
"Dave and I were opposing counsel on a case of alleged discrimination. Dave was very competent and professional. We were able to resolve the case through an amicable settlement."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have referred cases to David when my clients have needed a top employment lawyer. David's knowledge of employment and labor law is extensive and wide ranging. He has the ability to zero in on his client's most pressing legal problems and to effectively address those concerns."
"David is truly superb at his craft. I have known him for over thirty years. If he accepts your case, you have obtained the best legal counsel available."
