Law is an ever-changing challenge, especially in the area of litigation.  I am a general practitioner, but my practice has evolved over the years into representing real estate and insurance professionals in errors omissions mattera, including defending regulatory complaints.  Along the way, I have managed to write eight mystery novels--the latest, The White Horse, is tentatively set for a July, 2018 release by Uncial Press, .   These are all available as eBooks on .  I am a member of the Colorado Real Estate Commission's forms committee and occasionall serve as an expert witness in real estate or litigation-related matters.  On the side, I am the lead guitar player for the Denver Law Club's band, which includes several judges, including a Colorado Supreme Court justice.  Over the years, I have written well in excess of 500 songs.  As a lawyer, my reported cases include: Gibbons v.
