I represent individuals and entities in the areas of criminal defense, civil litigation, and business licensing.
Primarily, I fight for individuals facing criminal prosecution in the State of Colorado. This includes all misdemeanors and feIonies as well as traffic matters and specifically DUI/DWAIs.
I also represent entities in regulated markets regarding formation, licensing, compliance, negotiations and contract disputes. I have particular experience in liquor and marijuana licensing, from municipal hearings to license violation actions brought by the State.
Finally, I handle civil cases arising from contract disputes, accidents (auto or otherwise), or intentional torts.
