I graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Political Science. I then attended and graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. While in school I was asked to join the Sturm College of Law’s premier National Trial Team. I competed across the United States in trial events that helped prepare me for actual practice. Since graduation, I have practiced solely in criminal defense.

When I was a teenager, I had an encounter with law enforcement that impacted me severely. I was accused and convicted of a crime. I had to endure jail time, probation, fines, and court costs. This negative experience is what propelled me into the practice of Law. Thus, I have made it my primary goal to help others in criminal matters. This situation also helps me have a unique view of the criminal justice system. I am more capable of helping clients and identifying with them because I was in the exact same situation as many of the people I help on a daily basis. I know what it is like to be wrongly accused of a crime and to fight against the government.

I am sex crimes attorney in Colorado and I handle cases in Adams, Arapahoe, Denver, Douglas, and Jefferson County. I have also helped clients in municipal cases in Aurora, Englewood, and several other cities.
