Ted Taggart

Ted made what could of been a painful experience not so painful. Ted listens and takes care of everything. I was quite worried about a few situations and debts we had. Ted made all the calls necessary and helped us take care of our problem with no stress. We were able to move forward positively a...nd know we were being taken care of with in our rights. Very thankful that we found Ted Taggart.

Ted did great work for me; he’s very thorough and had great strategies. Ted was very proactive, was timely in his responses and fully answered my questions. I really felt like he stayed personally involved with the case. He didn’t just bring me into the firm and hand me off to somebody else. He’s ver...y laid back and very candid. He respected my time as he was always prompt if we had a call or a meeting. At my first initial meeting with Ted in his office, he made a phone call to one of my most aggressive creditors. He basically solved an issue that I’d been trying to solve for about 9 months in a 3 minute phone call and I never heard from them again. The fact that he was willing to do that with me sitting right there listening to him demonstrated that he really knew what he was talking about. He had a good strategy and knew how to handle these people. If his services will benefit others I don’t hesitate at all to give them Ted's name and number.

Our case was a less painful experience than we anticipated and Ted had a lot to do with that. He’s casual but professional at the same time. We didn’t feel judged, which I was probably sensitive to at that time because I really felt I’d failed in this area. We didn’t do a lot of preliminary research ...so when we met with Ted he asked us the pertinent questions and said we were a candidate for this. He laid out what our responsibilities were and when we would meet, and the process went according to the plan. We could have been more anxious at times but he puts you at ease. It was a combination of his personality and that he appeared to be fully competent. He wasn’t cold and just making a buck. We actually felt like he was our advocate. I don’t have dealings with lawyers very often but felt this was a good experience.

It's a real pleasure speaking with someone who makes you feel that you've got their full attention, they're going to address your concerns and issues themselves rather than delegate a para, and then they keep you in the loop with email, messages and personal calls. I wish I could use Ted for ALL of ...my legal needs. He's someone I can really depend upon. First Class!! A real pro!

He's very clear and detailed in explaining things. He was on top of my case and I was notified of anything that happened and needed to do on a consistent basis. My case turned out really well.
