Ted Taggart

Our case was a less painful experience than we anticipated and Ted had a lot to do with that. He’s casual but professional at the same time. We didn’t feel judged, which I was probably sensitive to at that time because I really felt I’d failed in this area. We didn’t do a lot of preliminary research ...so when we met with Ted he asked us the pertinent questions and said we were a candidate for this. He laid out what our responsibilities were and when we would meet, and the process went according to the plan. We could have been more anxious at times but he puts you at ease. It was a combination of his personality and that he appeared to be fully competent. He wasn’t cold and just making a buck. We actually felt like he was our advocate. I don’t have dealings with lawyers very often but felt this was a good experience.
