Biography
Lyndsey Richard focuses her legal practice on assisting clients with their estate planning, wills, trusts and probate needs. With two children of her own, Lyndsey understands the importance of having a tailored set of estate planning documents on which your family can rely, as well as a trusted advisor with whom you feel comfortable discussing your unique situation.

After working at a large firm downtown for several years, Lyndsey started her own legal practice in 2011. Lyndsey gives each client her personal attention and believes it is important to take the time to understand the unique needs of each family she works with. In addition to assisting families with their wills, trusts and estate needs, Lyndsey has also litigated a broad range of business and personal disputes, including probate matters, contract and real estate disputes, bankruptcy, asbestos and securities litigation and employment law issues.
A fourth generation Coloradan, Lyndsey was born and raised in Denver and resides with her family in Washington Park. Outside of work, Lyndsey enjoys spending time with her family and friends, taking her children to the park, riding bikes, traveling, playing tennis, cooking and trying new restaurants. With deep roots in Denver, Lyndsey is otherwise involved with a number of community organizations and cares greatly to better our community for the generations to come.
