Adam Lewis is an associate in Bryan Cave's Denver office. His practice is focused on complex commercial litigation, business disputes, construction litigation, and consumer financial services litigation.
Mr. Lewis’ civil litigation practice focuses on the representation of businesses in matters involving business torts, real estate, contracts, intellectual property, competition, trade secrets, and banking issues. He has extensive experience representing local, national, and multinational clients in all aspects of litigation and arbitration. He recently obtained a number of key dismissals for a Fortune 500 company and successfully defended a favorable disposition on appeal before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Lewis also handles a wide range of disputes for national banking clients, defending wrongful foreclosure actions and other claims asserted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, as well as various state law claims. Mr. Lewis has obtained numerous dismissals and favorable settlements in many of these matters.
