Biography
I have experience in various types of personal injury matters, including auto accidents, premises liability, and medical malpractice, as well as insurance bad faith disputes.
I also have a wide range of experience advocating on behalf of clients in the area of business law. My clients have included individuals and large businesses in myriad industries such as healthcare, private equity, technology, and natural and organic food. I have handled complex issues in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, start-up ventures, and commercial contracts. Through this experience, I have developed exceptional negotiation and analytical skills, which has led to successful results for my clients.
Prior to founding Leventhal Sar LLC, I spent several years working as an attorney at O’Melveny & Myers, one of the oldest and largest law firms in Los Angeles. Most recently, I worked at the Denver office of Polsinelli PC – the fastest growing U.S. law firm.
I graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School and was an Executive Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy, one of the most widely circulated student-edited law reviews.
I have lived in Denver for most of my life. I enjoy skiing, mountain biking, and spending time with my wife and son, as well as friends and family. I recently volunteered as a reading buddy for third graders, and served on a philanthropic grant-making board for the Rose Community Foundation.
