Michael Dickson Kuhn

Michael Kuhn, the founding shareholder of KLCS Law, is widely regarded as one of Colorado’s preeminent civil litigation attorneys. Among other fields, Michael practices employment law (with a particular focus on overtime compensation matters), complex corporate litigation, legal malpractice litigation, and probate litigation.

Sophisticated clients from across the country — both individuals and business entities — seek out Michael’s legal abilities. They do so for good reason: Over the last several years, Michael’s peers in the legal community have nominated Michael for more “Top Attorney” nominations than any other attorney in the region. Trained initially as an economist, Michael is an Order of St. Ives graduate of the University of Denver College of Law where he earned the highest grade in Civil Procedure, Advanced Civil Procedure, Employment Discrimination Law, Real Estate, Criminal Procedure, and Agency, Partnership, and the LLC.

Outside of work and his professional volunteering, Michael can be found spending time with, and cooking for, his wife and three young boys.
