Heidi Christine Noll

I hired Heidi Noll to represent me on my divorce and custody case. Right away she told me everything i needed to do and get to be able to expedite the process. Every time I had a question or issue Heidi and Amy were there right away to answer and help. The results were exactly what I have asked sin...ce the beginning. They were able to get me 50/50 shared custody of my daughter. I will definitely will use them or recommend her office hands down. Best lawyer in the valley. And very feared by other lawyers. My ex lawyers told her that Heidi was a very aggressive lawyer and very tough to beat. Again I am beyond greatful with Heidi and Amy for all they have done.

Heidi is a very good attorney. If you have deep pockets. But all about the money. If you did not have the money in escrow, she would not even speak with you or give you the time of day. Heidi's firm bills for everything you can imagine. Example; emails, phone calls, trips to court, Just to name a few.... Heidi cost me alot of money due to delay in filing my divorce. I do not reccomend. I went literally went bankrupt, and had to give up on my case due to her insane pay scale. She is very very over priced!!!! There are many good lawyers who will fight, just as good but with a less of price tag. Do your research.. But I must say. She is a great lawyer!!!!!

Attorney Noll and her staff, including Attorney Koren, are experts in their field. They handled both my divorce and custody matters. Additionally, I retained Attorney Noll when pursuing additional Custody of my children several years after my initial divorce and custody settlement. We were successful... in all endeavors. Attorney Noll is well established and respected in the Lehigh Valley area. She understands the nuances of the local court systems and has an excellent working relationship with the judges and other prominent attorneys. Attorney Noll is Very direct and will not sugarcoat things or coddle you. We worked very well together, and had a lot of fun together, because we have similar personalities. I asked direct questions and she was transparent in her responses and direction. There is no room for weakness or a lot of emotional support. We were there for one specific purpose and that was how we approached everything. You also need to be prepared to put the work in and give your attorney as much information and detail that you possibly can in order for her to apply her legal expertise any appropriate strategy for the given situation. Attorney Noll does her job very well, but don’t confuse her as someone who is going to constantly remind you of things or follow up to make sure that you did the things that you were supposed to or white glove you and hand hold you through every step. In addition to having her in your court, you need to do the research and understand the steps and make sure that you do what you tell her you’re going to do, when you tell her you’re going to do it. Overall, If you are looking for somebody to walk you through every step of the experience and provide emotional support and guidance, then you should be looking for a consultant. If you are looking for a brilliant attorney, who is cunning, strategic, and full of surprises (in a great way)...then you found her.

I would like to start this review with a disclaimer: I am the poster child for nearly ruining my own divorce case by attempting to navigate through the system without representation. DO NOT be me. I can tell you without hesitation that your divorce will not be "amicable" in the truest sense of the wo...rd. Hire Ms. Noll as early in your case as possible and preserve your rights. My initial (and ultimately naive) belief was that my situation was amicable. I soon became embroiled in a contentious divorce involving children. Much to my delight, Ms. Noll agreed to inherit my mess. She was quite patient in working through the facts of the case and was an outstanding advocate. I knew immediately I had hired a brilliant legal mind. Ms. Noll was front and center on everything from counseling me on proper, court-savvy communications with my ex-spouse, to walking me through each step of the subsequent litigation process. Throughout my case, I always felt heard and valued. I knew that Ms. Noll was setting me up for success by insisting she have all the information and tools to advance my position. To that end, she was relentless in her pursuit of an equitable outcome. I must also mention Attorney Amy Koren and Ms. Noll's paralegal Norma. These ladies are wonderful. Working with Ms. Noll and her team leaves you with the impression that you are part of a close-knit group of good people who genuinely want to see you and your case succeed. Heidi and Amy were amazing and my divorce, custody and PSA went as smoothly as possible. Everything was completed within a year!
