I have practiced in trustee representation; as well as the consumer and small business bankruptcy area for my entire 27 year practice. I represented trustees in two of the largest ponzi scheme bankruptcies to affect Colorado from 1990 through 1996 and litigated hundreds of adversary proceedings. I have also represented creditors in bankruptcy cases. During the recession I represented mortgage companies in bankruptcy cases.

I have helped many small businesses and business people buy and sell businesses; perform due diligence related to the purchase and sale of business. I have helped business clients negotiate contracts, including production agreements, licensing agreements, real estate contracts, leases. I have also assisted both landlords and tenants. I have litigated shareholder relationships, including oppression of minority shareholders. I have helped multiple business with debt relief issues.
