Scott P. Tene'

Scott Tene' received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Denver, College of Law, in 1997, graduating 4th in his class. He earned American Jurisprudence Awards in Bankruptcy, Legal Profession and Corporations.

Mr. Tene' was admitted to practice before the United States Courts for the District of Colorado in July, 2008 and the focus of his practice in Colorado has been exclusively bankruptcy law.

Prior to helping individuals and businesses file for bankruptcy protection under the Bankruptcy Code, Mr. Tene' owned and operated a real estate practice engaging in all facets of real estate business, including practice areas as diverse as:
