Kevin Steven Pauly

Kevin Pauly is everything a lawyer should be! I am a young scientist, father, and an anti-authoritarian. I’ve interacted with fascist police far too often in my life and was recently wrongfully charged by one. I’ve spoken with many attorneys over the years & most come across as sleazy, slimy, conmen ...that are only interested in representing you to make money. Kevin Pauly is the antithesis of a sleazy lawyer & has completely opened my mind & heart to how good a lawyer can be - and how good people can be! Kevin is highly intelligent, competent, and just flat-out knows his stuff! Many times I proposed a strategy to Kevin and he would explore it with me and almost always responded with a perspective that I found far better! As a math & science person, Kevin’s willingness to consider & discuss strategy is what I need in a lawyer; I don’t want a lawyer who I argue with, but since I’m paying them to represent me I required that my wishes are front and center in the direction of their motives to act on my behalf. What a surprise it was when Kevin continually reframed our strategy in ways that were just simply far better than what I initially proposed...Needless to say, I knew I had hired a brilliant lawyer! Strategy is one thing, but implementing strategy that manifests the desire outcome is what really matters. Kevin flat out got the prosecuting attorney to dismiss my case! No deferred prosecution, no deferred sentence, no deferred judgment, but a straight out dismissal of my charges, stating “reason: in the interest of justice”!!! When I say “Kevin got the attorney to...” I mean it!. When I spoke with the city attorney at my arraignment I was offered no deal of any kind. After a series of meetings & phone calls with Kevin, she became very helpful [and I thank her & Kevin both for that]. Kevin was able to build up agreement between himself and the city attorney to dismiss the charges. Kevin is a such a pleasant, intelligent, and genuine person to converse with! I believe his positivity is elemental to his ability to argue the heart of the matter while suppressing unhelpful adversely stances on either side. Kevin is a wonderful & genuine human being, who just happens to be a brilliant lawyer! I cannot thank you enough Kevin for all you help! You’ve been such a positive force in my life! His dedication to detail, prompt communication, preparation, and keen intellect are far beyond what other encountered from any other lawyer!
