Brilliant Attorney, Really Understands The Law

I have come in contact with many attorneys and I am often not impressed and surprised by the lack of knowledge and understanding of the law most attorneys have. Very few lawyers are on point with the law and how it specifically relates to your case. Not Keith. I am so impressed with his knowledge and... understanding of the law. HE GETS IT, he just gets it. I've been hearing whispers about this boy genius and the professionalism of his law firm- and, let me tell you, they are true! (I don't know any other attorneys under the age of 40 that have written 2 legislative bills- do you?) It is so refreshing to see an attorney be so incredibly smart and also use his intelligence to help people, instead of being greedy. Yes, I am biased! But you will be too if you use this firm! My case is still ongoing, and I don't want to jinx the outcome, but so far, I'm just super impressed and ridiculously happy with the results. I will update this post at the resolution of my case. I am also going to review Matt Dall, the other attorney at Gantenbein Law Firm, that has been working with Keith on this case- he is amazing, too! Thank you guys for not judging my circumstances but just working so hard to help the average person!

BEST Law firm in Colorado!

Keith is hands-down the best attorney I have ever had. I used Mr. Gantenbein for a real estate issue and not only won my case, but did so for a really good price. He was very considerate of my finances. Keith is not like other attorneys and I mean that in the best way: there is NO sleazy lawyer, fee-...padding or excessive billing here. Very refreshing. I wish more attorneys would practice this way! Because of the favorable outcome of my first case, I went back to his firm for my other legal issues and the same was true for his associates. Great firm. Highly recommend!

Not Satisfied

Not much provided for the 1 hour $200 consultation fee. When I provided initial information regarding my situation I was informed, "It appears you may have some claims, but that is what the initial consultation is for." After meeting with Mr. Gantenbein, and providing more information in my case, I... was never provided any credible explanation of whether or not I had a claim. He offered to send a letter to the opposing attorney's for another $250. When I questioned what services he provided for the initial $200 consultaion fee, he reluctantly wrote a letter (without charging $250), but made it clear in the letter, his representation of me as a client was limited. I had to track down the attorney's and get a name and address of the Bank's representative. Apparently, the opposing attorneys closed their files and only worked through the Bank's website. The letter written by Mr. Gantenbein went no where. Mr. Gantenbein sent me an enail, stating he was not representing me further, no explanation. Even when I inquired if I had a legitimate legal case, he did not respond. I am sorry if I hurt his feelings, but the damages my family and I suffered by the irresponsibility and misrepresentation of my Bank are extreme. I question Mr. Gantenbein's dedication to his profession or his clients. I offer this advice, look elsewhere for legal representation.

An Answer to My Prayers-

I initially met with Mr.Gantenbein for a consultation about two months ago. I have been fighting what I feel has been a fraudulent foreclosure for the past 16 months on my own, but was feeling a bit lost and unsure of the options that I may have. I have contacted several attorneys throughout this tim...e span, but have found it difficult to find one that "gets it", or has experience in this area. It was a bit discouraging, (although also somewhat humorous), when an attorney that I had once called, interrupted my explanation to inform me that he represented the bank that had foreclosed on my house . I felt as though Mr. Gantenbein was heaven sent when I ran across his name and saw the area of law that he practiced, along with his experience. I instantly felt comfortable discussing my situation with Mr. Gantenbein, and felt he was a down to earth person and caring while also maintaining a great sense of professionalism and honesty with me regarding Colorado law. I continued to fight the fight after meeting with Mr. Gantenbein, but after days of research and struggling with my next step, thankfully, Keith was gracious enough to see me again and fit me in his busy schedule on a relatively short notice. He was able to clarify a number of issues and tasks that I was having great difficulty discerning. I definitely have a renewed respect for this career choice and know that if it weren't for his assistance and guidance with this matter, I would not have been able to continue my battle. I have not as yet had the opportunity to see Mr. Gantenbein in the courtroom, but if I do progress to litigation with representation, he's definitely the one I would choose.

"Keith's understanding of his field is among the best, if not the best, in the state of Colorado. Having worked for the banks that he now opposes in court, he has a nuanced approach to his cases that can only come from having been on the other side. Keith uses his expertise to force honesty, accountability and most importantly, justice upon banks, mortgage servicers and their attorneys that have gotten used to bulldozing over distressed homeowners with impunity in the past. I have been lucky enough to develop my own skills under Keith's guidance and I can say without reservation that his clients can always count on superior representation when Keith is overseeing their case."
