Miscommunication

I sought help and rehab facility to get help from my drug addiction in my mental health I told Dustin Nichols that I thought that I need to seek help I never saw hell before I was found dead on the sidewalk and I never got help from my addiction he told me about a case that I had how he was able to g...et me back on the court docket but at the same time he said I had a court date so when I told him I didn't think I was coming out of treatment to appear in court cuz I have a favor to appear cuz of his miscommunication with me well I was in jail he didn't take time to talk to me played me not guilty and bound to Superior Court when I was clearly guilty I told him I wasn't coming out of treatment to appear in court so they could arrest me when I was getting help he told me that he could care less

Hire him

If you want a competent criminal lawyer, esp successful in the Stokes County system, this is your guy. Friendly, respected, effective. Limited only by policy. He successfully got my case dismissed, as it should have been.

Worst lawyer I've ever retained.

I hired Mr. Nichols to represent me in a traffic case. Other than taking my money, that's the only thing he did for me in my case. As my case was prosecuted he didn't say one word in my defense. I would never recommend him.

Would give this attorney a solid 5 star rating

I have been driving for 48 years,and received my second speeding,and only ticket in 35 years. However I was extremely nervous,I recently moved to North Carolina and had just switched to a different insurance company. I was concerned about an increase in premiums,and points on my license.Dustin T. N...ichols handled my case for me,in a very professional and timely manner,my case was dismissed with no court cost,I am so grateful,and would recommend him to anyone,and certainly would use his services again if needed

Best lawyer in Stokes County!

If you have a serious matter to be heard in Stokes County court, you have two real choices for effective counsel. One is expensive and crooked, and the other is Dustin Nichols. Mr. Nichols is well regarded in Danbury, a reputation that he has crafted based on honesty, integrity, and his hard work e...thic. He is a straight shooter with his clients too. He wants your life to return to normal, and he works hard to make that happen. Mr. Nichols has represented my family and me in extensive criminal and civil matters. I hope I never have need of his professional services again, but if I ever have to go back to court in Danbury, I'm calling this guy. Thank you Dustin (and Beth!) for finally bringing my family some justice, may God bless you and yours. :)
