James Freemyer, contract signed on contingency with intent to go to trial. A few months later he accepted policy limit offer without consulting me. I’ve had surgery on my neck, permanent disability and out of work. This attorney settled my case without my permission for 100,000 with 200,000 in doctor...s bills. The remaining of the 100,000 is 38,000 has a lien on it from Mr. Freemyer for attorney fees and costs. I was a passenger in a car with my minor child at the time. And James E. Freemyer in bad faith was the leading team player of the attorney against my son and I. Now I’m facing him in court about his attorney fees witch after refusing signature on release he withdrew from counsel before filing any discovery or any filings other than complaint witch included C.R.S 10-3-1115 and 1116, Is bad faith law in Colorado against insurance companies, this also needs to be implemented into attorneys acting in bad faith. Please stay away from James E. Freemyer in all manners!
