About Daniel
Biography
Daniel represents clients who have faced discrimination, retaliation and harassment in the workplace.
Daniel is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and came to the practice after completing a judicial clerkship in the 16th Circuit Court of Jackson County. Prior to becoming a lawyer Daniel worked various jobs stocking shelves, waiting tables and canvassing neighborhoods and streets in support of campaigns to help working and poor people both at home and throughout the country.
Daniel comes from a union background and completed law school at the University of Missouri- Kansas City. Daniel completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg.
