Expert in Contested Divorces

John was an excellent partner to work through a highly complex contested divorce. My situation centered on several unique issues ranging from hidden income, false statements on employment and financial disclosures, real estate fraud, and financial manipulation. Throughout, John was an attentive advoc...ate who came up with unique solutions and approaches. In comparing who to hire, it was clear to me that not all family law attorneys are comfortable in the court room, but John was fully capable when my case required extensive hearings. John's experience in both family and financial law were critical to my successful outcome. The contested nature of my case did mean that it dragged on for over a year, but John was with me the entire time and implemented solutions to control and limit that timeline as much as possible.

Great attorney; highly recommend

John is very good at what he does. He offers practical advise, clearly gives you the pros and cons of everything, provides advice in terms of assisting you with what is in the best interests of the children. Does not file motions just to create fees. If he does not believe filing something is in you...r and your children's best interest he will advise accordingly.

Very Condesending, Very Rude

I only got as far as phone call where he was laughing at me. He asked questions but then wouldn't let me answer. This is inappropriate behavior. I had a judge rule on an eviction even though I had already declared bankruptcy and so I was looking for help and he was just very rude through the entire ...few minute conversation. He was very cocky. I would really suggest looking elsewhere because he gives the impression that nothing is good enough for his time.
