I am a veteran and have been representing other veterans before the Veterans Administration (VA) since 2012. I exclusively handle VA disability compensation appeals at all levels of the VA adjudicative process including at Regional Offices nationwide, the Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA), and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC).
Before starting my VA benefits law practice, I served a 6-year enlistment in the U.S. Air Force as a C-17 loadmaster. I served in Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom, accumulating over 2200 flying hours, including 828 combat flying hours.

Greg Rada did a excellent job representing me. It wasn't the outcome that made the relationship work. Mr. Rada kept me informed about every detail of my case. He is very knowledgeable about VA procedures. Finally I felt Greg Rada was the right chose for me. He was easy to talk to and available whenev...
Thank you, Gerald. It was my pleasure to get you where you deserved to be.
"Greg has mastered his craft when it comes to representing veterans and their dependents/survivors before the VA. As a veteran himself, anyone that hires Greg can rest assured that he really cares and will leave no stone unturned when it comes to maximizing benefits."
"Greg has become a great resource for my clients that need assistance with their VA claims. I have consistently received positive feedback from clients I have referred to him."
"I endorse this lawyer. Greg has helped on several complicated litigation cases. He is very knowledgeable about Veterans Benefits Litigation before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims."
"Greg worked with me out of law school in the area of health care. While handling complex matters for our traditional health care clients (physician practices, hospitals, etc.), Greg took it upon himself to represent veterans in VA benefits matters pro bono (free of charge). That is, his skill set involves a deep understanding of regulatory and reimbursement matters across the spectrum of care, but Greg chooses to use these broad skills to exclusively advocate for veterans. Greg is also extremely intelligent, organized, personable, and a natural advocate. For these reasons, I am endorsing him as a wise choice for any veteran in need of representation."
"As a veteran, Greg personally knows what his clients are going through with their challenges in the VA. Greg is a smart assertive attorney. He leverages technology to represent veterans nationwide and to interact with VA as efficiently as possible. Greg goes the extra mile for his veterans to win their benefits."
"I've met a lot of attorneys representing Veterans. Greg is one of the best and brightest I've met...he gets the law, and seeks the ideal outcome for his clients...at a recent NOVA conference, he taught me a couple things off-line that I did not know, and which have enabled me to help my clients even more. Greg's a rock star, and I heartily endorse him!"
"Greg is a talented attorney and as a veteran himself, he really enjoys the work he does for veterans. I highly recommend him for VA disability matters."
"I endorse this lawyer. Greg and I have worked on cases together and I really respect his attention to detail and care for the client's claim."

Vietnam veteran originally denied service connection for PTSD. Appeal resulted in grant of service connection and award of Total Disability Rating based on Individual Unemployability.
Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims approved a joint motion for remand directing further development of veteran's claims and a new decision from the Board.
Regional office conceded clear and unmistakeable error and granted service connection on claim pending for seven years.
