I cannot say enough good things about our experience of having Dave represent us in our bankruptcy case. As trying as the whole thing was, Dave was there for us from the get go and was beyond great at reassuring us all along the way with his knowledge and words of encouragement. He always got back ...to us in a very timely manner and had very thorough answers to all of our questions. He made us feel from the very beginning that he was truly a team player with us and it was obvious that he knows all the ins and outs of the bankruptcy options. He was compassionate and understanding and that was huge given the stressfulness of going through that process. Every word of the video on his website is absolutely true and very accurately portrays the trustworthy man that he is. We used Dave for our bankruptcy process. Our first meeting was free and we explained our situation and he gave his suggestions as to what should be done as well as his fees. One we hired him, we met to discuss all the paperwork that needed to be filled out as well as any other documentation. We did a...ll of this and Dave entered the bankruptcy paperwork. Dave was always available to answer questions. We had our meeting with the court and bankruptcy was declared. Dave made the process as smooth as possible and still is available when we have questions or if some documentation is received that we don't understand.
