David Clark Hoskins

I appreciated the information and advise I received from Mr. Hoskins. I am elderly widow and I have not declared bankrupcy before. Before I hired Mr. Hoskins we met he explained how bankrupcy worked, and the information I would need to submit. He simplified the information so I could understand t...he process. I decided to apply for a chapter 7. I was sent home with a written document that repeated what he had explained and a list of the information needed from me. I also appreciated that the payment was broken into payments due with portion of the process. I have never been to court before. Mr. Hoskins explained what to expect and what this part of the process was for. I was very hesitant to go through this process. Mr Hoskins made my hesitation less by his explantions of how the process work and what was needed. I appreciate God for sending me to Mr. Hoskins.

Bankruptcy is very stressful for clients in every way. After coming from another country, I applied for and was granted my United States citizenship. My wife and I worked long overtime hour to be able to buy a home for ourselves and our children. In December of 2014 I was in an accident that required my hospitalization for 3 months and I was unemployed... for the rest of 2015. Do to many medical bills and after looking at all options, I decided to file bankruptcy to prevent me from losing my home. Mr Hoskins met with my family, friends from my church who were assisting me and an interrupter. I can't say enough kind words about Mr. Hoskins as he explained each step of the process and was respectful throughout the filing. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.
