Biography
For nearly 20 years, I've defended everything from DUIs to homicides and everything in between. I have represented clients in allegations of violent crimes, juvenile and adult sex offenses, drug offenses, DUIs, financial crimes, assaults, and other domestic disputes. I have represented clients sucessfully in trial, appeals, and postconviction litigation. I frequently achieve favorable results my clients feared may not be possible. Though my emphasis is criminal defense, I have also successfully represented clients in Title IX defense, record sealing, pardon/ clemency petitions, petitions to deregister, obtaining and defending protection orders, and parole revocation hearings. I am thorough, tenacious, and compassionate.
