Commitment to the Client
I met Karen when she represented several people in a minimum-wage/overtime case with a previous employer. Although the process took quite some time to resolve, Karen was honest, straightforward, and forthcoming throughout the process. But that's not the reason I'm taking time to write the review....

Best representation you could ask for!
Karen O'Connor took my case after explaining my situation. At all times she kept me informed and explained everything including all the details. She was very patient, extremely kind and understanding when I was feeling unwell. I love her and all that she did for me!
