Mr. Romberg's practice focuses on a broad range of real estate related transactions including representing both landlords and tenants in leasing office, retail, medical-office, build to suit, restaurant/bar and laboratory/research space. Mr. Romberg also assists clients with all phases of buying and selling a broad range of property, including retail, raw land, industrial, condominium, orchard, timber and mixed-use properties.
Mr. Romberg's experience also includes negotiating easement agreements, preparing planned community documentation, title and survey work and finance issues, including preparation of deeds of trust, promissory notes, loan guarantees, workouts, restructurings and mezzanine financing.
Additionally, Mr. Romberg assists clients with corporate transactions, including entity formation, contract drafting, buy-sell agreements and executive employment agreements.
