Douglas Todd Cohen

In search of quick but thorough advise from an attorney who knows the ropes, we were fortunate enough to work with Doug Cohen. Doug is an excellent communicator, easy to reach, personable, and most importantly - he is experienced. Within hours of contacting Doug, we were armed with the legal advise... we needed. Mr. Cohen Is an outstanding attorney. I was having issues with both the DHS and DPD. He walked me through the process in easy simplified terms (which I needed as I have little understanding of the legal system in this Country). He made recommendations to me. I trusted his advice and did what ...ever he asked. This proved to be invaluable, as he got the case dismissed, both with DHS and DPD. He is honest, reliable and very clever. I know there are other attorneys out there who are also honest, reliable etc. but what really sets Mr. Cohen way apart from the rest is his ability to think on his feet. He knows what to say at the right time. I saw this the first day when we met in DHS. I was too emotional and upset to think clearly, thankfully, Mr. Cohen was there to take control of the situation. I feel very lucky and grateful to have met this man. If I ever need an attorney again (which I hopefully won't), he will be my first choice.

I can not speak highly enough about Doug Cohen. He is an outstanding attorney as well as a person. Doug worked with myself and my children on a case for over a year. He also knew that I was working on a parental allocation case in which I was representing myself. Mr. Cohen stepped in and offered to take the case pro bono! It was a great moment to hear the judge personal greet Mr. Cohen when he entered the courtroom for my civil case. It has been my experience that Doug knows how to accomplish a goal and speak to the best interest of his client. Every case Doug worked on with me, we won. It does not stop there. Anytime I have a legal question I contact Mr. Cohen. He takes the time to answer my questions as well as provide me with the resources in which I need. One of the greatest differences that I have come to acknowledge about Mr. Cohen is that he takes his work serious and personal.
