About me

Since 1989 David has successfully represented clients in Colorado, the Rocky Mountain region, and in courts around the country. David is presently co-counsel in a national wage and hour case, representing the interests of hundreds of workers who were required to work overtime, but without overtime compensation (, and is lead counsel in a number of other important cases.

With 22 years experience litigating high profile cases, David’s practice interests include civil rights, consumer protection, employment discrimination, group and class actions, insurance bad faith, major personal injury, malpractice, probate, and commercial disputes.

David was previously a partner in King, Clexton & Feola, LLC, a Colorado Assistant Attorney General, and an associate with Davis, Graham & Stubbs, a Denver law firm.

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, David earned his bachelor’s degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Bentley College, and was in the top 10 percent of his law school class at the University of Denver. He lives in Evergreen with his wife, a second grade teacher, their wonderful daughter, and various furry, four-legged other members of the family.
