I hired Curt after my second DUI arrest. He took the time during our initial call/meeting to go over all his professional recommendations to lessen the possible outcomes prior to going to court. Curt by far was amazing at trial and to work with. After a long year of continuances and evidence not being provided along with the DA office not willing to give me a plea deal that didn't involve doing jail time we ended up going to trial today. The DA called its first witness and right away M...r. Alfrey started going to work on cross examination. He was prepared and knew what he was doing. After destroying the Prosecutors first witness the prosecutor asked for short recess. Then the moment of truth is when the prosecution came back and asked the judge for a motion to dismiss due to lack of evidence. This all was doable do to the fact the Mr. Alfrey knows what he is doing and stuck to his guns and got the best case scenario. Mind you, even while waiting for the judge to come into the courtroom for trial I wanted to plead out and the prosecution denied our offer once more...what a relief that the prosecutor wouldn't end up taking my plea deal. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I know I will not put myself in that position again but if for some reason something comes up where I would need representation...I know I would 100% call Mr. Alfrey again!
