Curt did a wonderful job of keeping me updated and informing me off what I needed to do every step of the way. I had a really high BAC that had minimum jail time attached to it, but Curt was able to keep me out of jail and get me in-home detention instead. Curtis Alfrey and his associates were amazing. From the beginning he assured me that he would do everything he could to help my case. He charged a flat fee for his work, no matter how many times I emailed, called, or texted him with questions and no matter how many times I would have to go to court h...e wouldn't increase his fee. While he worked with the DA on my case he directed me to begin my DUI classes, attend the MADD panel, and other ways I could not only help my case, but also help make sure I don't make another mistake like this again. Throughout my case he continuously updated me with how things were going and responded to my questions in a timely manner. About two days before my court date a new DA was assigned my case and he handled it smoothly and professionally and was able to work things out with the DA so I could still drive, a necessary mode of transportation for working construction.
