Experienced & very Professional!

I was facing some hefty charges in my case, I came across Mr. Alfrey's website & decided to give him a call. I had interviewed other attorneys & decided Mr. Alfrey was the best one. He was by far the most professional & knowledgeable attorney. He walked me step by step to resolve my case & his advice... helped me resolve my charges to a favorable outcome. We had great communication threw out the length of the case with the challenging Covid Pandemic going on, Mr. Alfrey was very prompt, easy to work with, & showed outstanding professionalism. I highly recommend his services, experience where you need it the most, Thank you so much Mr. Alfrey!

swindled for money.

I hired curt for some help with a case. I paid 500 dollars to get an outline for cross examination. Curt assured me he would have it to me the next day. The day came and no outline. Curt then assured me he would have it to me. That day passed. It is now the night before trial. Curt responded after my... many attempts to reach him saying he would have it to me by 6 pm. Then 12 pm, at 1 am I had to give up. When I woke at five still no email with the agreed upon outline. 6 am he finally returns my call and gives the BS answer my computer crashed. Dude you make 100 k a year, save as you go. No excuse. So he doesnt have my work I paid for. He then says he will show up at court. That never happened. Or was going to even be possible. I got my case dropped. I call curt to ask how him and I will procede. He had the gusto to think he was going to keep my money. He didn't even follow through! He agreed to refund half(shoulda been all since you didnt do anything close to our agreement.) I have been waiting over a month and a half for it. Two times he said it would be sent. Yet nothing and he wont answer phone or text to communicate. This is morally bad. Where are your morals curt.

This is a wholly untrue and curious rant by an angry man who simply wanted something for nothing. Actually, that's exactly what he got. Multiple meetings and free legal advice that resulted in the dismissal of this case, along with a full refund of his fee due to the computer crash that erased a document that was meaningless in the end. Still he posts a negative review. Due to the attorney-client privilege, Alfrey & Asociates may not comment further, other then to wish him well in his future endeavors, and note that our in court advice convinced the Judge to toss out his case.
