I hired Curt after my second DUI arrest. He took the time during our initial call/meeting to go over all his professional recommendations to lessen the possible outcomes prior to going to court. After I got my ticket I knew I would need a lawyer. I've never have used the Lawyer before so finding a good one was a difficult choice because they're so many out there. After speaking with several lawyers Curt Alfrey Was my choice because of his knowledge and experience about my charges his compass...ion and of course value. Curt answered all my questions and was there for every step of the way as well as recommending all the steps I need to take to make things easier. In the end I wasn't expecting to to come out of it free and clear but the outcome was much better than expected and better then if I had tried to do it alone. I hired curt for some help with a case. I paid 500 dollars to get an outline for cross examination. Curt assured me he would have it to me the next day. The day came and no outline. Curt then assured me he would have it to me. That day passed. It is now the night before trial. Curt responded after my... many attempts to reach him saying he would have it to me by 6 pm. Then 12 pm, at 1 am I had to give up. When I woke at five still no email with the agreed upon outline. 6 am he finally returns my call and gives the BS answer my computer crashed. Dude you make 100 k a year, save as you go. No excuse. So he doesnt have my work I paid for. He then says he will show up at court. That never happened. Or was going to even be possible. I got my case dropped. I call curt to ask how him and I will procede. He had the gusto to think he was going to keep my money. He didn't even follow through! He agreed to refund half(shoulda been all since you didnt do anything close to our agreement.) I have been waiting over a month and a half for it. Two times he said it would be sent. Yet nothing and he wont answer phone or text to communicate. This is morally bad. Where are your morals curt.
