Unfortunately I was put in a bad situation and charge with something I didn’t do. Selecting Curt was thankfully the best decision I could have made. He is certainly very experienced but more importantly he listened. Going through something like this is very difficult for anyone but he helped me rema...in calm; he was always available when I had questions and he was able to provide a great sense of ease when I needed it most. He provided a very detailed strategy on how we were going to work through this. He proved to be very tactical in ways I was not expecting. His knowledge of the law and legal process was incredible. He was very specific with his timing and communications both inside and outsidie the courtroom. I am grateful in more ways than I can ever express.

Alfrey & Associates was a great law firm to work with. Curt did an excellent job in the court room and outside of it. He stayed in contact with me throughout the case and had an answer for any question I had. In the courtroom he is an exceptional public speaker, able to speak to the DA and the Judge ...without hesitation. As well as helped me know what to say and when to say anything in the courtroom. I received a DUI over a .02 last fall while I was already on probation for a DV case. I hired Curt Alfrey for my DUI and my probation revocation, and it was the best decision I could have made. He was able to have my jail sentence changed to in-home detention so I could be with my emotional support d...og, as well as no additional penalties for the probation violation. Curt was readily available, day or night, to answer any questions or handle unforeseen issues which gave me a great sense of comfort while going through such a rough process. I would highly recommend Curt and his team to anyone who has found themselves in any legal troubles. They are by far the best!
