I hired Curt with a co-workers recommendation for a DUI I was being charged with in 2013. They were charging me with rear-ending a car and my BAC level was .174 (over twice the legal limit). When I met Curt he didnt sugar coat anything, he was very honest and was very specific with what the out...look would be. He really put me at ease through the entire process. I was facing some serious jail time but, he worked his magic in the court room and got my DUI reduced to a DWAI (.00-.05) and a switching lanes violation. When it was all said and done, i was sentenced to some probation and 32 hours of community service. I would use him over and over again. I don't plan on being charged with any sort of crimes again but if it happens, I will most definitely be retaining his services.

I hired curt for some help with a case. I paid 500 dollars to get an outline for cross examination. Curt assured me he would have it to me the next day. The day came and no outline. Curt then assured me he would have it to me. That day passed. It is now the night before trial. Curt responded after my... many attempts to reach him saying he would have it to me by 6 pm. Then 12 pm, at 1 am I had to give up. When I woke at five still no email with the agreed upon outline. 6 am he finally returns my call and gives the BS answer my computer crashed. Dude you make 100 k a year, save as you go. No excuse. So he doesnt have my work I paid for. He then says he will show up at court. That never happened. Or was going to even be possible. I got my case dropped. I call curt to ask how him and I will procede. He had the gusto to think he was going to keep my money. He didn't even follow through! He agreed to refund half(shoulda been all since you didnt do anything close to our agreement.) I have been waiting over a month and a half for it. Two times he said it would be sent. Yet nothing and he wont answer phone or text to communicate. This is morally bad. Where are your morals curt.
