I worked with Cheryl over the course of 2 years and had no problems. I had to switch attorneys for another matter to be represented. When I tried to go back to work with Cheryl again, she very rudely and abruptly told me she would not work with me with no reason given. I had never missed a payment... to her.

I could give zero stars. Cheryl represented me in divorce case and I was not represented in a professional way and her lack of knowledge in presenting critical evidence was zero. I thought that someone holding a license for 40 years would be more knowledgeable. Your life depends on representation, ...go somewhere else if you want professional. Thank me later!

Cheryl helped me and my girlfriend get Guardianship and Conservatorship for my mother with Alzheimer’s; my mother had not filed Power of Attorney paperwork and to be frank, had left nothing but a mess for us to decipher and take care of. It was too much for us to handle so we called Cheryl. In a rapi...d amount of time we had Emergency Guardianship and then a month later (have to wait at least 21 days) we had our final court date and Guardianship and Conservatorship. I now have control back of my life and am able to help my mother find the best care for her situation as well. Cheryl was always punctual, straight forward and honest about the ongoing process and turned what could be considered a nightmare into small, manageable chunks leading to an obtainable end goal. If something comes up again I will not hesitate to hire Cheryl again and would recommend her to anyone needing an attorney for issues with their family!

If you are looking for an attorney who will spend time explaining legal terms, forms and procedures to you, Cheryl is not for you. I was referred to her through my employer's legal insurance for post-divorce child support modification and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. Both times ...I saw her, Cheryl came across as frustrated and impatient, making me very uncomfortable to ask her any questions. She was happy to give advice on my parenting and my post-divorce relationship with my ex (some of which was very hurtful), but fell short of providing the legal advice I was paying her to give me. She had me file the modification without fully explaining the outcomes and when I repeatedly asked, she kept saying "it gets the ball rolling." I am now working through some of the consequences with my new attorney. We parted ways following mutual frustrations, but not before she had used all my benefits through my legal insurance. During our last phone conversation she called me "irrational and angry," when I asked her to negotiate with my ex on my behalf. Her lack of professionalism and her inability to explain without becoming irritable were off-putting from the start. I would not recommend her to anyone.
