I dismissed my first lawyer and hired Kevin Massaro to take over my divorce and custody case. The difference between the two was night and day. Mr. Massaro seamed good in the initial consultation however when it came time to actually represent me he dropped the ball and ultimately damaged my case. He was not prepared and openly and in front of the judge and the opposing counsel criticized me very harshly. My opponent later said that what he ...did was inappropriate. Later he yelled at me for letting him be "surprised" in front of the judge, I told him on several occasions all the details both verbally and in writing. He even told me what I would agree to which in the end was exactly the opposite reason I hired him in the first place. He is not worth the money and not worth your time. His law firm The Harris Law Firm supposedly had a "good" reputation but they to seamed very sketchy to me. He did more damage to my case than good, actually he did not do any good. He lied in telling me that he knew both the opposing counsel and the judge very well, when we got into court neither of them recognized him, he had to explain at length to the opposing counsel how they knew each other and the judge had never even heard of him. His responses to me were short, vague and meaningless.
