The Best

There are not enough characters allotted here for me to adequately describe how valuable John "Jack" Harding was to me as a family attorney. I had been through several attorneys before finding Jack, and the only thing they ever really did was take my money. By the time I found Jack, I was desperate a...nd broke. He took my case and fought for my daughter. Of the attorneys I had, I felt that Jack was the only one who really saw what was going on and made it a mission, not a job, to get me through. His advice was always sound, his approach professional. While my husband's attorney seemed dead-set on baiting us into even greater conflict, Jack sought solutions. The end result is that my daughter is out of an abusive situation and thriving! I will never be able to thank Jack enough. He comes with my highest recommendations.

A Guardian Angel through a difficult divorce.

I had moved to CO with my ex husband, that's where he was from. When our divorce started, I had no family, friends or support around and was **TERRIFIED***! My ex was a millionaire, which I never knew while married, and had lost his business. Just before our son was born, he'd made the comment laughi...ngly to his family, "I'm going to stay home with our son and SHE (me) can work!" (No degree, earning slightly above minimum wage, in the administrative field, versus someone with a marketing degree and 30 years of high level IT experience and skills, etc). So, he filed for majority custody, that's all I wanted, plus the ability to move back to my home state to raise my son with my friends and family and have support. After involvement from the special advocate, it was suggested that my ex take basic parenting classes and random drug screenings, while she determined that I was a natural parent, in spite of my own childhood. My ex's family had unlimited funds. I was initially told by my first 'recommended' attorney, "You don't have a chance. You're only fighting this because you're afraid you're too old to have another child." When I finally found Jack, he was very patient, protective, kept in regular contact with me, never talked down to me, never belittled or disregarded my fears, worries or question, not even slightly. My ex quit working and became very sporadic in his monthly support payments, sometimes not paying until the end of the month, so Jack set it up so that my ex HAD to pay his support through a Colorado Child Support service, monthly and within a reasonable time (within the first week). My case Jack handled didn't seem to be solely about the money, and he have me a HUGE level of 'security' and calmness, that he was on my side, instead of feeling like I was completely alone, or 'didn't have a chance' because I wasn't wealthy, nor came from a wealthy family. Jack stayed by my side, protected me from being intimidated, while my ex went through 3 or 4 attorneys, whom likely dropped him because they knew HE wasn't being truthful. After almost 2 years in court, we were able to work out an 'agreeable' settlement, I received major custody and was able to move back to my home state where my son and I have thrived. I don't believe, if I'd had to stay in CO, the field would have been as 'evened out' as it is now. For the past 10 years, my ex (whom did relocate here to everyone's surprise) and I have been jointly involved in all of our son's school and extra-curricular activities, stay in touch and on the same page because our son is our focus. I believe that if I'd had to stay in CO, I don't think that would've ever happened. And, that's all thanks to Jack's patience, diligence, his persona, beliefs and priorities. I would hope that anyone else ever in my situation would be fortunate enough to have Jack as their attorney. He's a blessing.

Jack did an excellent job for me!

With issues as important as child visitation, you want to be sure you hire the right attorney. Jack was the right attorney! He is knowledgeable, experienced and reputable. He took the time to get to know our situation and did a great job representing me. I would recommend Jack to anyone with fa...mily law issues.
