She was late to my hearing by one hour. This cost me dearly when dealing with an unreasonable ex. When I tried to get in contact and get clarification on how she was going to proceed she could not be reached on a sunny Friday afternoon. After getting back in contact with her she tells me she is goin...g to drop me as a client less than 2 weeks from sentencing. At this short notice I am forced to a, represent myself in less than two weeks or b, try to attain another lawyer and get them up to speed in that time. Would I suggest using this lawyer, in a word NO. I used her for my divorce and subsequent dealings with my ex-wife and none of them have just. I understand that I will not get my way 100% of the time nor did I expect that, but the ruling and preparation by this lawyer were sub-par at best. Do not make the same mistake I did and use Tawni Cummings. I deal with her lack of attention to detail every day of my life.
