I have been practicing exclusively in Family Law for most of my legal career. My practice is currently a mixture of litigation, collaboration and mediation. I believe strongly that divorcing families should do everything they can to minimize the emotional fallout from divorce, so that the experience doesn’t cripple them or their children.

Very pleased client!
Ann represented me in my child custody case. My case was very complex, involving child trauma due to neglect by the care of the other parent. Ann was extremely knowledgeable in both the law and child development. I couldn't have made it through without her and highly recommend her.
"I endorse this lawyer. Ann Gushurst is one of the hardest working lawyers I know. She is knowledgeable, thorough and understands how to resolve matters. She is excellent in both collaborative and traditional legal arenas, and is an attorney to whom I refer people."
"Ann is a brilliant lawyer. I was her associate and can honestly say that her intelligence, perseverance, dedication to her clients, and trial skills are unrivaled. Most impressive is her ability to advocate for her clients in the midst of emotional, complex, and delicate legal and family situations."
"Ann is an exceptionally intelligent lawyer. Ann's extensive knowledge of Colorado family law issues makes her a terrific advocate for anyone seeking representation in a domestic relations case. Ann is also highly-skilled in the practice of collaborative law. I endorse this attorney's services without hesitation."
"Ann is an exceptional appellate litigator and one of the best known collaborative attorneys in the state. I would highly recommend her, especially for high asset cases involving parties who would like to stay out of the courts."
