I am the founder of The AR Group, LLC, an employment law firm and HR consultancy based in Greenwood Village, Colorado. I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Boston College (Summa Cum Laude), where I was also named a “Scholar of the College.” After BC, I attended the University of Michigan Law School, graduating in 1992. I am licensed to practice in Colorado, New Mexico, and Minnesota, certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and a member of both the American Bar Association and the Society for Human Resource Management.
