Andrea Nicole Perez

Andrea Perez concentrates her practice in the fields of business law, intellectual property and art law. She has consulted and represented hundreds of different businesses with regards to their intellectual property, trademark and copyright prosecution and litigation, licensing, business formation, contract drafting, and negotiation needs. Andrea also works closely with galleries, museums, artists, entertainers, and other art professionals to assist them with their unique art law and entertainment law matters. Andrea brings a wide variety of experience to Kessler Collins, P.C., and aims to be an approachable, creative, and understanding attorney for those whom she represents.

Andrea Perez was raised in Houston, Texas and is licensed to practice in Texas and Florida. In 2001, she earned a scholarship to attend Southern Methodist University and graduated as a National Collegiate Scholar and with a degree in Philosophy. Andrea graduated with a J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2008. During law school, Perez studied international law abroad in Malta and interned with the Supreme Court of Panama assisting with the development of their national mediation centers. She is currently a board member for Texas Accountants and Lawyers for Artists (TALA), a member of the Dallas Bar Association, Co-chair of the Dallas Association of Yong Lawyers, and a mentor at the Dallas Entrepreneurial Center.
