Based on my experience as an attorney, I am deeply concerned by the quality of this attorney’s legal work. In my professional judgment, the reasoning showed a misunderstanding of applicable law and a tendency to reach conclusions without adequate factual or legal support. The work lacked careful anal...ysis and did not demonstrate a reliable application of legal principles to the situation presented. The issues appeared fundamental rather than isolated. In my opinion, I would not recommend this attorney and would advise others to exercise caution before relying on her legal judgment.
