Kenton Harvey Kuhlman

I hired Mr. Kuhlman to address a problem dealing with failure to fulfill contractual obligations by a Littleton automotive service company. Since I am from Pennsylvania, Mr. Kuhlman provided excellent service by phone and email. He was prompt and efficent with all aspects of the lawsuit including le...gal advice, document preparation, and court appearance on my behalf. Especially keeping me abreast of details and progress of the lawsuit just as if I were there. The outcome was win win, I did not have to fight the lawsuit in person and the court decided in my favor. He handled the collection and forwarded the monetary settlement.

My wife and I are SO fortunate to have met Ken more than a decade ago on a construction defect issue. We won a settlement on that. We were then sued (frivolously) on a real estate transaction and won that case.
