Biography
I have been practicing law in the Denver metropolitan area for 41 years. My goal is to provide each of my clients with personal attention to their case and to help them achieve their individual needs and goals, while doing so in an efficient and economical manner. I have considerable experience and many successful results in construction defect claims for homeowners, homeowners associations and commercial property owners. I have a strong background and years of practice in estates, probate, probate litigation and trusts. I also represent numerous small business owners in matters including litigation, planning, sales and acquisitions, contracts and leases. I have handled hundreds of personal injury cases during my years of practice, including automobile and motorcycle accidents, premises liability and property damage.
