I was involved in an accident that claimed my fathers life and left my mother, sister and friend with tragic memories and scars both emotionally as well as physically for many years to come. I couldn't be happier with the results of the Dan Rosen Law Firm and what he succeeded in doing for me. The ...heartache of losing my father accompanyed by long periods of rehabilitation and the pain and work associted with not only my own injuries but that of my family and friend battling their own recovery process made life almost intolerable at times following the accident. Which woudl have been felt by us otherwise. I am so fortunate that I had a law firm that really fought for me and succeeded in a large settlement awareded to my friend and I. Although nothing can replace my fthers life, it certainly helped ease the pain and suffering and the money lost during the last 11 months. After a car accident that was miraculously not fatal, in which my boyfriend and I were hit on the highway by three different vehicles, we found Dan Rosen and signed on with him. What a mistake. Our lives were uprooted by pain, concussions, daily doctors visits, and ceaseless medical bills. We continu...ally looked to our attorney for guidance — unfortunately, we found ourselves chasing not only Dan Rosen around, trying to reach not only him (and over the course of four months, I was only able to speak with him once), but also his paralegal. We had signed away a third of our future settlement to Dan Rosen’s office and were left without answers on how to deal with doctors, med-pay, emergency room bills, lost wages, etc. Or, if we received “answers,” they would come late and conflict with earlier instructions from their office — “Why am I still receiving bills for my emergency room visit when you guys said you’d taken care of them.” Answer: “You might want to pay them, if you can.” Our frustration lead us to sign on with another attorney, one who responds to us within one business day and has clear direction. The story doesn't end there, though: When my new attorney's office attempted to have Rosen's office transfer our files to them, it took weeks to get them AND Rosen told the new lawyer we were difficult to deal with because we "called too much." Talk about insult to injury. My advice is to avoid this attorney (which won’t be hard because he’s pretty hard to get ahold of in the first place…just don’t sign on with him).
